How do I check In with you?

We will have video or phone check-ins (frequency and time depends on which package you have with me) where we discuss you, your program, how things are going, and if any changes need to be made

How do payments work?

You will be sent a payment link to pay through the website via Credit or Debit card

What if I don’t know how to perform an exercise Included on the workout?

    • All exercises are paired with an Instructional video, as well as possible written or audio comments from me when necessary. If you are still confused, please reach out for more clarification and Instruction

      Do I need to be a member of a gym?

      Depending on your goals, needs, and comfortability, some programs may be done either at home, in the gym, or a combination of both

      Do I need to purchase any equipment?

      If you choose to do in-home workouts, you may need to purchase equipment if your program requires It. If so, I will provide cost-effective options

      Do I need to download any software?

      All programs are written, delivered to, and accessible on the Onward app. A link and download instructions will be sent to you once you sign up with me and your program is ready

      How strict does my diet need to be?

      The cleaner you eat, the best results you will get on your program, and for your overall mental, physical, and emotional well-being. If you choose a package with me that includes nutrition assistance, we will dive deeper into what may work best for you

      Is there a cancellation policy?

      New clients must sign on for a 3 month minimum. After the initial 3 months, you may pay month to month from there on out. All cancellations must be done at least a week before renewal date

      Is there an option to pause or freeze my training?

      You may pause your training for a maximum of 2 weeks, once every 6 months. You must give me 2 weeks advance notice before you pause
