Hi, I’m Pete Ostergren
I help people who’ve faced serious illness, injury, or chronic pain reclaim their bodies, confidence, and freedom — by restoring the foundational ways humans are meant to live, move, and recover.
After battling lifelong health challenges and years of severe, debilitating illness myself, I committed to understanding why so many people struggle to heal — and what actually helps them regain autonomy over their health. Today, I guide others using a blend of lived experience, education, and practical strategies that empower them to move forward with confidence
My health challenges began at a young age and progressed steadily over time. Despite mounting symptoms, I pushed hard to live what looked like a normal life—school, friendships, and competing in both high school and collegiate athletics.
As my health continued to decline, I became deeply committed to finding answers. For years, doctors were unable to identify the root cause of my symptoms, which led to them telling me I was crazy, or that things I was experiencing weren’t possible. While continuing to pursue professional care, I began searching on my own. I immersed myself in learning through books, podcasts, courses, certifications, and hands-on experience—anything that could help me better understand health, healing, and the human body.
In 2018, I was diagnosed with an extremely severe case of Lyme disease, believed to have been present for over a decade, along with multiple autoimmune complications. By that point, the damage was extensive—affecting my nervous system, immune function, and nearly every aspect of daily life.
The Long Road to Answers
At my lowest point, I spent cumulative years confined to bed—unable to eat, tolerate electricity, or function day to day. Life became about survival. Recovery required extensive treatment, six surgeries, and an unwavering commitment to applying what I had learned, even when progress was painfully slow.
Over time, I began to rebuild. Step by step, my body regained capacity, resilience, and trust.
Today, trail running, climbing, eating without restrictions, and feeling good are part of my everyday life. That journey is what fuels my mission: to help others reclaim their health, confidence, and freedom by restoring the foundations of how we’re meant to live, move, and care for our bodies.
