The Journey to Health & Life

My health issues started at a young age and progressed as time went on. However, I chose to chase after a normal life—friends, school, and High School and Collegiate athletics.

As my health became more severe and debilitating, I committed myself to finding answers and a cure. For years, doctors couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me, so I pursued solutions on my own time, while continuing to seek professional help. I spent years absorbing knowledge from books, podcasts, online courses, certifications, and anything that could potentially lead me towards health and wellness.

In 2018, I was diagnosed with an extremely severe case of Lyme disease, which I was told I contracted at least a decade prior, as well as several unknown autoimmune issues. The combination of these illnesses led to brain and neurological damage, and severe problems in almost every system of my body.

I spent cumulative years in bed, unable to eat, unable to use electricity, and unable to function. But after a vast array of treatments, six surgeries, and years of tirelessly implementing strategies I had learned on my own, I started to return to a normal life.

Now that trail running, climbing, eating without limitations, and feeling good are a part of my everyday life, I am on a mission to guide others towards health, freedom, and a lifestyle that produces not only longevity, but a life spent feeling their best and doing the things they love.
