This program is a fully personalized experience designed to support you wherever you are in your health journey. You’ll receive a customized fitness plan, practical nutrition guidance, and lifestyle and mindset coaching—all tailored to help you feel stronger, more capable, and confident in your body, even if you’ve faced setbacks or health challenges.
My goal is to provide the guidance, tools, and support you need to live a healthier, more fulfilling life—without judgment, pressure, or unrealistic expectations.
This program is for those who are ready to prioritize their wellbeing and commit to building sustainable habits that truly support them.
While it’s not a replacement for medical care or therapy, it’s designed to complement them—helping you heal, strengthen, and move toward the life you want to live.
1:1 Coaching
The Recode Program
This program is designed to help those dealing with chronic pain, injuries, or movement limitations restore their bodies' natural movement. Using the principles of the Goata Movement System and other biomechanical correctives, I’ll guide you through decompressing your joints, realigning your body, and retraining your movement patterns so your body can function as it was designed to.
This program requires full commitment—not just to the exercises, but to changing how you sit, stand, walk, and move in your daily life. The goal is to reduce pain, restore mobility, and create long-lasting results, so you can move confidently without fear of reinjury or limitation.

Depending on your goals, needs, and comfort level, some programs may be done either at home, in the gym, or a combination of both

If you choose to do in-home workouts, you may need to purchase equipment if your program requires it. If so, I will provide cost-effective options

New clients must sign on for a 3-month minimum. After the initial 3 months, you may pay month-to-month from then on out. All cancellations must be made at least a week before the renewal date

You may pause your training for a maximum of 2 weeks, once every 6 months. You must give me 2 weeks advance notice before you pause
