Orienteering for Health & Movement is a 12-week reintegration plan for people who feel off-track with their health—whether returning from illness or injury, managing ongoing symptoms, or simply looking for a more sustainable relationship with movement and training.

Rather than pushing intensity or chasing short-term outcomes, this plan provides a structured, progressive framework that helps you rebuild strength and conditioning while learning how to assess, adjust, and make decisions that support long-term health. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s orientation, confidence, and independence.

This 12-week plan includes:

  • Foundational nutrition guidance to support energy, recovery, and training
